Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support healthcare reporting and ETL initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate claims processes into clear requirements and scalable data solutions.

You will lead requirements sessions, create user stories and test scripts, validate data with SQL, and coordinate UAT to ensure on-time delivery and meaningful insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience.
• Healthcare payer or managed care experience.
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis.
• Experience supporting reporting, ETL, data extract or data integration initiatives.
• Experience writing functional requirements and test scripts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work between business and development teams.
• Experience with Facets, Jiva, or another healthcare payer application.
• Experience with healthcare reporting or data warehouse environments.
• Local to Pennsylvania preferred; remote candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear user stories and functional documentation.
• Serve as the liaison between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure reporting solutions are delivered on time and meet business expectations.
• Help improve reporting accuracy and drive more efficient business processes with reliable healthcare data.
