Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support healthcare reporting and ETL initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate claims processes into clear requirements and scalable data solutions.

You will lead requirements sessions, create user stories and test scripts, validate data with SQL, and coordinate UAT to ensure on-time delivery and meaningful insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience.
• Healthcare payer or managed care experience.
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis.
• Experience supporting reporting, ETL, data extract or data integration initiatives.
• Experience writing functional requirements and test scripts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work between business and development teams.
• Experience with Facets, Jiva, or another healthcare payer application.
• Experience with healthcare reporting or data warehouse environments.
• Local to Pennsylvania preferred; remote candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

Using SQL and data analysis, you'll validate data, identify trends and issues, and ensure reporting solutions provide accurate, meaningful insights for decision-makers. In this role, you'll lead requirements gathering sessions, create user stories and functional documentation, and serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also develop test scenarios, coordinate user acceptance testing, and help ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business expectations. Success in this position means improving reporting accuracy, reducing ambiguity for developers, driving more efficient business processes, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions through reliable healthcare data.
