Job summary

ParetoHealth, a fast-growing health benefits company in Philadelphia, seeks a Data Manager to support strategic decision-making through healthcare data assets. You will bridge technical data management and business strategy, reporting to the VP of Analytics.

You will work with medical and pharmacy data, join a collaborative Analytics team, and help govern data quality and metadata while enabling data-driven insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/data related field.
• 5+ years in a healthcare data management/stewardship role.
• 3+ years with administrative healthcare data (claims, enrollment).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling/ETL.
• Bonus: Salesforce data, vendor-reported utilization/savings data, stop loss data; AWS data tools; Python.

Responsibilities

• Support End-to-End Analyses with large healthcare datasets.
• Build and maintain robust SQL queries and analytical datasets.
• Ensure data assets are accurate, documented, and usable for business purposes.
• Collaborate with data engineering and stakeholders to meet requirements.
