FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients in either team augmentation or product team modes, delivering data-driven insights for healthcare datasets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, data analysis, or data operations.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Deep healthcare data experience (claims, enrollment, payer data).
• SQL expertise to join datasets and derive maintainable analytics.
• Data quality monitoring & validation experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims structures and metrics.
• Experience creating recurring analytics reports and data dictionaries.
• Ability to trace data issues across data ecosystems.
• Proficient with PostgreSQL and data file transfers (SFTP, APIs).
• HIPAA/PHI compliance knowledge and security controls.
• Ability to contribute to libraries and CI/CD processes.
• Attention to detail with a forensic mindset.
• Positive attitude and strong ownership.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to align with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients using team augmentation or design & build models.
• Develop analytics solutions for healthcare data needs.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries and metric definitions.
• Investigate data issues and trace discrepancies across stages of data flow.
• Support CI/CD delivery for analytics applications.
