We seek a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to analyze medical claims and enrollment data, delivering actionable insights for client success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analytics or software engineering, strong SQL skills, HIPAA awareness, and a track record of producing reliable analytical work within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Deep experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, enrollment, payer/TPA/PBM).
• Expertise in SQL to join complex datasets and build analytical logic.
• Experience validating healthcare data and data quality workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims structures, terminology, and financial metrics.
• Track record of recurring analytical reporting and data dictionaries.
• Experience investigating data issues across data ecosystems.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and data file transfers/APIs.
• HIPAA/PHI compliance and healthcare data security awareness.
• Ability to own complex problems and contribute reusable libraries.
• Experience with CI/CD for applications.
• Detail-oriented and positive mindset.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to align with client goals and deliver commitments.
