FullStack is seeking a Healthcare Data And Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with leading clients on either team augmentation or product design to deliver data-driven solutions. The role requires deep healthcare data experience and strong SQL skills.

You will contribute to data validation, reporting, and metric definitions while operating in an Agile environment. This position offers 100% remote work and exposure to top startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software eng., data analysis, or data ops.
• Advanced English required.
• Healthcare data experience with claims, eligibility, or payer data is essential.
• SQL proficiency to join datasets and build analytical logic.
• Experience with healthcare data validation and data quality monitoring.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and data security controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data with SQL and derive insights for clients.
• Develop and maintain recurring analytics reports and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver data products.
• Work with relational databases and integrate data across systems (APIs/SFTP).
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance and data security practices.
• Partner with clients to define metrics and maintain data quality.
