The Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist will join a team that works either by integrating into a client team or by building a product alongside a FullStack product team, focusing on healthcare data workflows and analytics.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in software engineering, data analytics, or data operations.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Deep healthcare data experience including claims and PHI.
• Strong SQL skills for complex joins and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client teams to augment or build analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain recurring analytical reports and data dictionaries.
• Ensure data quality and monitor data operations workflows.
