Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients in team augmentation or design & build modes to deliver healthcare data insights and analytics products.

Required are 5+ years in data/engineering, advanced English, a four-year degree, and deep healthcare data expertise, including claims, eligibility, enrollment, or payer data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering, data analysis, or data operations experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Deep experience with healthcare data (claims, eligibility, enrollment, payer/TPA/PBM).
• Experience using SQL to join datasets and build analytical logic.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients or client teams on data analytics projects.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality monitoring for healthcare data.
• Develop recurring reports, data dictionaries, and metric definitions for stakeholders.
• Ensure CI/CD readiness and collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams.
