Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to advance provider network analytics and health plan data insights. You will work with large datasets (claims, provider directories) using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover trends and support data-driven decisions.

Collaboration with product, engineering, and client services is essential, with hybrid/remote options. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in analytics, strong data governance awareness, and excellent communication to translate complex findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or data-intensive environments.
• Proven experience with large, complex datasets and deep investigative analytics.
• Experience supporting product development, data quality initiatives, or analytics-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis on complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights across campaigns, clients, and demographics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Lead data investigations to resolve data quality issues and support business initiatives.
