Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Data Analyst in Ohio to support client projects within our AI & Engineering team. You will gather requirements, analyze provider data for accuracy, and translate business needs into detailed data-exchange specifications and mapping documents.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, support UAT, and drive issue resolution across the project lifecycle while helping clients improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Systems Analyst experience in Healthcare Payer (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Provider data management and data quality expertise.
• Experience integrating provider data with the Facets platform for claims processing.
• Experience managing end-to-end workstreams from requirements through UAT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and status meetings with client IT and business stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements related to provider data and claims processing.
• Create and maintain Interface Contract Documents (ICDs) defining data exchange specifications between systems.
• Translate business requirements into Source-to-Target Mapping documents with IT teams.
• Perform data analysis to validate provider data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Conduct defect and issue analysis and drive resolution with technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case review and stakeholder sign-off.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
