Health Care Service Corporation seeks a Data Analyst focused on provider data accuracy and data quality improvement, resolving provider demographic issues and coordinating with internal teams to assess and fix data problems. The role emphasizes reporting output and identifying needs to support contracts and services.

This telecommute position leverages Excel and Microsoft 365 tools to analyze data, generate insights, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree OR 4 years’ experience in the health care/insurance industry.
• Plus 1 year health care network management, health care customer service or health care product experience.
• Knowledge of policies, products and procedures; contracts, applications and products.
• PC proficiency including Word and Excel.
• Verbal and written communication skills to compose business correspondence.
• Problem solving skills Analytical and reporting skills to develop reports and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provider data accuracy and improve data quality by resolving demographic issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate and resolve provider/demographic issues.
• Develop reports and identify reporting needs to support contracts and services.
