• Ensure adherence of Customer Service metrics: AUX time, hold time, staff time, talk time, quality.
• Handle call backs and escalations as necessary.

What is your impact?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls from both providers and members. You will work diligently to ensure the highest level of service is provided in a courteous manner, no matter what the question or concern.

• $18 per hour + Quarterly Bonuses
• Part Time Position - 20 hours per week
• 4 week training Schedule Hours are Mon - Fri 8:00am to 4:30pmCST (40 Hours per week) required

Work availability required following training: Monday to Friday with 4hr shift for 10:00a-2:00p Central Time

What Will You Be Doing:

• Successfully complete our training program.

General Physical Demands:
