• Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
• Documents information, activities and changes in the database; notes inquiry outcomes.
• Maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with multiple functions to resolve requests timely.
• Uses computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting; conducts outbound calls in specific business areas.
