10+ years proven leadership in End User Services, Digital Workplace, and IT Operations.
8+ years experience leading large-scale workplace transformation programs.
3+ years of expertise in AI Operations (AIOps), automation, digital experience monitoring, and modern support models.
Strong executive presence and customer-facing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead End User Services transformation strategy and roadmap.
Modernize Service Desk, End User Computing, Collaboration, and Field Services.
Drive AI adoption through intelligent triage, virtual agents, automation, and self-healing support.
Improve employee and clinician experience through Digital Workplace and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives.
Implement persona-based IT services tailored to clinicians, caregivers, and administrative staff.
