Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and negotiation of regional/national providers per guidelines.
• Manage new contracts and amendments to support network growth and loadings.
• Maintain relationships with high-value providers via provider relations teams.
• Define and monitor network reporting, metrics, and roster management.
• Lead occasional meetings with health plans and executive teams on performance data.
