Sam Brown, a full-service healthcare communications agency, is seeking an Account Executive to support the Account Management Team and work cross-functionally to ensure day-to-day management of accounts and the execution of PR and corporate communications for clients.

This remote, full-time role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple client accounts, and collaboration with internal teams; you will help maintain client relationships, draft materials, and coordinate across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1+ years public relations agency experience, healthcare preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently, leading multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research and gather intelligence to support client business and agency new business; translate insights into recommendations.
• Draft basic PR materials aligned to AP style (bios, fact sheets, press releases, blog posts).
• Maintain understanding of client messages and promotional narrative across materials and channels.
• Support account team to build account management skills and manage calls and billing.
• Coordinate across media relations, creative and digital/social areas.
• Develop and maintain core account management materials (status trackers, agendas, summaries).
• Oversee integration of feedback to agency/client materials and MLR processes (e.g., Veeva).
