EPM Scientific in the United States is seeking an Account Executive to join its Client Services team. You will support pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, coordinating projects, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring execution of strategic healthcare communications initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in client services, account management, or project coordination.
• At least 1 year in healthcare communications, pharma advertising, or agency setting.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech communications.
• Strong PM and organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact across assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate project execution from kickoff through delivery, tracking timelines and budgets.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: status reports, timelines, and action plans.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing coordination, and project reconciliation.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, challenges, and resource needs.
• Translate client goals into actionable tactical plans and deliverables.
• Ensure outputs align with client expectations, objectives and quality standards.
• Communicate updates and milestones clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve organization and efficiency.
