Job summary

V.L.S. Systems, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Business Analyst with Change Management experience to support the FAS DDI and MES projects.

The role requires logging, tracking, and processing deliverables, working with SMEs, PMs, and vendors, and ensuring version control and documentation integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and people-management skills, experience with change and release management in IT, and healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years work experience in IT environments with Change and Release Management.
• 5 years experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 5 years data entry and work order processing.
• Experience tracking, reporting, and managing workflows.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support DDI Change Management Office projects and MES-related deliverables.
• Process MES O&M requests/deliverables and coordinate approvals.
• Collaborate with vendors, SMEs, and PMs; maintain logs and databases.
• Ensure project deliverables are stored and versioned correctly.
• Prepare status reports and respond to project inquiries.
