Qualifications

• Active coding certification (AAPC/AHIMA) or ICE‑CCP credentials required.
• Strong knowledge of medical coding, billing, auditing, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Experience collaborating across technical and nontechnical teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain certification exam items that assess real-world healthcare knowledge.
• Coordinate beta testing and item validation activities.
• Create practice exams, study guides, and educational resources.
• Lead and mentor exam development committees.
