The US Oncology Network’s Texas Oncology is seeking a Contact Center Care Coordinator to support the Gulf Region. This full-time remote role requires residency in Texas, with occasional onsite training.

You will deliver high-quality customer service, coordinate healthcare services, schedule appointments, and educate patients and providers. Strong communication and healthcare terminology familiarity are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of experience in customer service, call center or healthcare-related role.
• Previous healthcare experience and familiarity with medical terminology.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive patient experience focusing on satisfaction and resolution.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed service level metrics for quality and productivity.
• Stay up-to-date with product information and promotions.
• Work with teammates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
