Job description

Remote Call Center Representative

We are seeking compassionate individuals with a passion for helping others to join our Customer Experience team. As a representative, you will assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, ensuring positive interactions through excellent customer service and communication skills. Punctuality and dependability are essential for success in this role.

The pay rate is $16.00 per hour, with hours of operation from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST. Flexibility to work during these hours, including weekends, is required.

Training will last 7 weeks in a classroom setting, followed by 2 weeks of nesting.

Health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, are available from day one. Paid time off is accrued after approximately 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities include managing 30-40 systems and 25-40 calls daily, navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously while assisting customers, and maintaining a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

Expect to handle calls related to benefits overview and claim status inquiries.

Minimum requirements:

  1. Successful completion of customer service assessment and typing test
  2. High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  3. At least 6 months of customer service experience
  4. Ability to complete a paid training program with full attendance
  5. Successful background check

Equipment provided includes a computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, Ethernet cord, and power cables. A home internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed is required, with a wired Ethernet connection preferred. A quiet, clutter-free workspace is mandatory during working hours.
