You must be flexible: the hours of operation are between 8:00am-11:00pm EST MON-SAT.
The Pay Rate is $16.00 per hour.
Training: 9:00am – 5:30pm EST - Training is 7 Weeks Classroom and 2 Weeks Nesting & you cannot miss a day.
Paid time off is accrued after 180 days (about 6 months) of employment.
Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits are available on the 1st day of employment.
Successfully learn 15-20 systems and average 30-40 calls per day.
Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding Benefits, Enrollment, Eligibility, Invoicing, Claims, and related topics.
Fully explain the Medicare Part D and/or Part C Medicare Advantage Programs. Answer all questions related to the program levels.
Actively listen to understand customers’ needs and answer their questions, including callbacks and follow-up calls as needed.
Strive for one-call resolution by answering the unasked questions and taking all necessary actions to resolve members' issues.
Navigate members’ plan benefits, review client policies and procedures, and use provided resources to comply with regulatory guidelines.
Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information.
Effectively multi-task and demonstrate proficiency in problem-solving skills.
Politeness and a strong focus on service are important requirements.

Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test.
Pass a customer service assessment.
High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance.
Successful background check required.
We provide all equipment: computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, Ethernet cord, power cables.
You must have a home internet connection with 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed (check via speedtest.googlefiber.net).
Must be able to connect directly via Ethernet; satellite or wireless internet are not acceptable.
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace, free of clutter and interruptions during working hours.
