Job description

Project Overview: The Customer Service Representative works to build and maintain positive relationships with families interested in enrolling in our online educational programs. The role involves delivering a superior customer experience by explaining the value and benefits of the school, ensuring parents understand the virtual school experience, and helping families make informed enrollment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist families via inbound calls with questions and account updates.
  2. Advocate for students to help them navigate their enrollment experience.
  3. Review student accounts to address outstanding tasks and recommend actions for success.
  4. Organize workflow to ensure time management, data integrity, communication, and student retention.
  5. Maintain and document student records accurately in online systems.
  6. Participate in outbound calls for onboarding and retention.
  7. Protect student privacy by complying with FERPA regulations.
  8. Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of related call center experience.
  • Transferable experience includes call center, retention, enrollment, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and families.
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
  • Must have HS Diploma or equivalent.
Details:
  • 100% remote | Equipment provided
  • Pay: $17/hr.
  • Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 6:00pm EST
  • Anticipated Start Date: July 7th, 2025.
  • This position is a contract role anticipated to go through October 31, 2025.
Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, benefits may include:
