Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training) to lead BI teams and shape data infrastructure for healthcare AI systems. This remote, hourly contract role focuses on turning clinical and operational data into actionable insights and ensuring AI outputs are clinically relevant.

You will work with AI researchers to provide domain feedback and help ground models in real-world healthcare data, with flexible 10–40 hours/week commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI teams in healthcare or clinical analytics.
• Ability to design dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical operations.
• Experience with data models, SQL, and reporting pipelines.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for clinical relevance.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency.
• Apply your deep domain knowledge to evaluate and validate healthcare-related AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to provide expert feedback that directly shapes how models understand complex healthcare data.
