Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in healthcare analytics, BI, or health data management.
• Ability to design, build, and manage BI systems including dashboards and pipelines.
• Hands-on with clinical, operational, and administrative data in regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with leading BI platforms.

• Lead and mentor a BI team in dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure: data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines for accuracy and performance at scale.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface trends and drive improvements in care delivery and efficiency.
• Translate complex healthcare datasets into actionable insights for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Contribute domain expertise to AI training workflows to improve model understanding of healthcare analytics.
