Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical BI Manager to lead analytics design and delivery for AI projects. You will guide BI teams in transforming clinical and operational data into trusted insights that shape AI models used in healthcare.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role offering 10–40 hours per week with meaningful, high-impact work on healthcare analytics and AI training. You will collaborate with AI researchers and clinical stakeholders to ensure data readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced healthcare analytics professional with a strong background in clinical BI, data management, or health informatics.
• Design and manage end-to-end BI systems including dashboards and data models.
• Familiarity with regulated healthcare data and ability to communicate data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Self-directed and reliable—able to work independently in a remote freelance role.

• Lead and mentor BI team in dashboards, reports, and analytics pipelines for clinical and operational decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure—data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools—ensuring accuracy and performance at scale.
