Qualifications

• Seasoned healthcare analytics professional with BI leadership experience
• Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems (dashboards, pipelines, data models)
• Experience with clinical, operational, and administrative health data in regulated environments
• Strong data quality focus and insight accuracy in fast-moving settings
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI team to deliver dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines at scale
• Analyze clinical and performance datasets to surface trends and inform leadership decisions
