Privia Health is seeking a Data Analyst to empower clients with data-driven decisions across financial, operational, and clinical initiatives. You will design and develop reports, presentations, and models to guide strategic choices for stakeholders.

The Analyst assists in building end-to-end analytics solutions, delivering scalable reports and applications, and executing ad hoc analyses to support strategic discussions among internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience querying SQL databases.
• 1+ years of Python or R for data analysis, ETL, automation.
• 1+ years of Healthcare data experience.
• Advanced Excel and compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure for reporting and analytics, including data wrangling.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses across pop health, revenue, payer, and finance.
• Use ETL and API tools to ingest data into Privia Data Warehouse.
• Collaborate with population health teams to improve outcomes and savings.
• Extract and transform data from data warehouse and present findings to leadership.
• Set data architecture standards and share best practices.
