Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Quality Management Specialist to leverage data and technology to improve healthcare outcomes and ensure compliant reporting. You will design, implement, and maintain health information systems and perform statistical analyses to support quality initiatives.

You will develop dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), define data models, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• 3+ years with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL and/or PowerBI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads quality data management, regulatory reporting and analytics to enable insights.
• Designs dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) for diverse audiences.
• Defines data models and statistical methods for reliable analysis.
• Translates analyses into actionable insights to drive quality improvements.
• Supports regulatory reporting and NCQA/HEDIS/Medicare metrics review.
