Cohere Health is seeking a Manager, Forward Deployed Healthcare Analytics to lead a small, fast-paced team delivering analytics for PaaS clients. You will design and execute automated prior authorization workflows, translating client needs into scalable technical plans.

You'll mentor staff, collaborate across Product, Development, Design, and Engineering, and drive KPI-backed improvements in healthcare outcomes while maintaining a strong client focus in a fully remote setup with occasional

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a data-centric, client-facing role.
• Healthcare systems knowledge and regulations familiarity preferred.
• Proficient in SQL; experienced with Tableau/Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MPH or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult PaaS clients to design decision automation programs and roadmaps.
• Manage and mentor the team of direct reports.
• Enhance automation strategy with process optimization and analytics framework.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering on features.
• Translate client requirements into technical blueprints for developers.
• Analyze data; build and maintain reports informing stakeholders.
• Ensure KPIs and end-to-end automation success across client lifecycles.
