Responsibilities

• Assist with a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects and contribute to project progress and sponsor needs.
• Integrate with work unit teams and utilize internal/external resources to achieve goals.
• Develop broad healthcare management skills and collaborate with physicians and staff.
• Explain and connect functions across practice, education, research, inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Support leadership planning and participate in system strategic activities.
• Help in program development and process improvement initiatives.
