Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Managing Consultant in Accreditation Services to lead multiple patient safety and health-system accreditation projects. You will guide engagement work streams, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver strategic recommendations to clients in the health care sector.

Active pharmacist credentials are preferred, with 3–5 years in hospital/health-system accreditation or comparable consulting. Occasional travel and remote work options are available as needed by clients.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist degree preferred and health-system accreditation experience.
• Advanced degrees (PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP) preferred.
• 3–5 years hospital/health system accreditation or leadership/consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Scopes, plans, and manages one or more engagement work streams with aligned deliverables.
• Leads client meetings, project plan timelines, and sponsor updates.
• Documents, escalates, and resolves engagement issues and risks.
• Develops and presents deliverables and workstreams to clients.
• Travels to trade shows or customer sites as required by contract.
• Supports continual development of products and solutions.
