Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Pharmacist-led consulting professional to manage health-system accreditation projects within the Accelerate Pharmacy Solutions (APS) Accreditation Services Team. The role focuses on delivering client engagements, ensuring quality, and advancing methods and tools across portfolios.

Active Pharmacist degree with URAC/ACHC/TJC knowledge and 3–5 years’ hospital accreditation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist degree; URAC/ACHC/TJC accreditation experience preferred.
• Advanced degree (PharmD, MBA, MHA, MS, PMP) encouraged but not required.
• 3–5 years hospital/health system accreditation experience or 3–5 years in supervisory/project lead consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Scopes and manages one or more engagement work streams and delivers quality, content-rich recommendations.
• Leads client meetings, project plans, and sponsor updates.
• Selects, modifies, and applies appropriate methods, approaches, and tools.
• Documents, escalates, and resolves engagement issues and risks.
• Develops and presents deliverables to clients; builds solution portfolios.
