GlobalMed Logistix, LLC is seeking an Account Specialist to handle all aspects of client contracts, including calls to hospitals and sales reps, email responses, and close collaboration with Sales for relationship management. This role emphasizes accurate billing, efficient PO processing, and proactive client communication.

The position requires customer-service experience, familiarity with billing, and strong Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Support Field Locations, Warehouse Operations, Sales leaders and others in assigned areas.
• Process daily purchase orders, pricing resolutions, billing and order replenishment.
• Manage account relationships and resolve issues for assigned accounts/territories.
• Generate, review and distribute billing reports for assigned accounts.
• Receive and process purchase orders while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with sales reps and healthcare professionals via phone and email.
• Assist Inventory team to maintain accurate ERP records through billing and replenishment processes.
• Monitor inventories and notify customers when items are low or orders may deplete stock.
• Determine priorities of customer requests and assist in problem solving with supervision as needed.
• Provide support beyond standard hours when call volume requires.
