Appex Innovations is hiring a Sales Manager — Employer Health & Wellness to own the US sales function from day one. You will open doors with CHROs and HR leaders, build a pipeline, and work closely with the CEO to close deals, especially pilots in the first 3–4 months.

The role is remote with a Northeast US focus (NY/NJ/CT/PA/MA), requiring startup mentality and the ability to travel for meetings and conferences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience selling health, wellness, benefits, or HR technology solutions into US employers.
• Demonstrated track record of selling to CHROs, VP HRs, Benefits Directors, or Total Rewards leaders at 500+ employee companies.
• Startup/early-stage company experience and ability to operate without a large support structure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect mid-to-large US employers (500–10,000 employees) across target verticals.
• Build and manage a pipeline of 30–50 qualified employer opportunities within 90 days.
• Drive outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, phone, and industry events; manage end-to-end sales cycle for deals under $50k ACV.
