Job summary

Medecision seeks a forward deployed AI engineer to own AI agent deployments for health plan and risk-bearing provider customers. You will embed with customer teams to map care workflows, design agent solutions, and deploy production AI agents on the Medecision platform. This role is Chicago-based with up to 50% travel.

You will partner with Solution Consulting, Product, and Engineering, building scalable, secure, and compliant systems while maintaining a high bar for safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Master's degree preferred in Computer Science/Data Science or related field.
• Certifications such as HCISPP or cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical owner for customer AI deployments from discovery to production go-live.
• Embed with customer teams to map workflows and translate them into agent designs.
• Build proofs of concept and MVPs quickly for production deployment.
• Integrate agents with existing healthcare systems and data sources.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Sales on discovery, demos, and pilots.
