Job summary

Medecision is seeking an experienced AI-focused engineer to lead production deployments of healthcare AI agents. You will design, build, and operate safe AI workflows, ensuring compliance and reliability for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate has strong Python and LLM experience, expertise in integration ownership, and willingness to work onsite with a Chicago-area client. Healthcare interoperability and GCP familiarity are highly valued.

Own customer AI agent deployments from discovery and architecture through production launch, integration, and ongoing support. Build and evaluate safe, reliable healthcare AI workflows, maintain production operations and compliance, and share customer insights to improve the platform.
