Job summary

ISHI Health, Inc. is seeking a Health System Partnerships Associate to drive outbound engagement with health systems, cardiology groups, and value-based care entities. You will open doors, schedule conversations, and support partnership development expanding access to ISHI's cardiac care programs.

The role focuses on engaging senior leaders via phone and email, with exposure to enterprise partnerships and strategy within a growing digital health company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, partnerships, consulting, healthcare operations, or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate value propositions by phone and email.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can operate with clear goals and limited day-to-day supervision.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to leaders at health systems, cardiology groups, ACOs, and risk-bearing entities.
• Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospective partners and ISHI's leadership team.
• Support in-person and virtual meetings, including conference-based outreach and follow-ups.
• Track outreach activity, engagement status, and next steps in ISHI's CRM.
• Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies.
• Develop a working understanding of ISHI's clinical programs, outcomes, and value proposition for health systems.
• Assist with account research, preparation for meetings, and follow-up communications.
• Monitor outreach effectiveness and suggest improvements to engagement and pipeline development.
