• Experience in production with metrics.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Comfort in a high-volume call center.

Responsibilities

• Verify member eligibility and benefits.
• Document information via phone, fax, or portal in JIVA.
• Support Nurse Care Managers by creating service episodes for review.
• Create and send letters documenting authorization outcomes.
• Manage workload within regulatory turnaround times.
• Provide accurate information using current guidelines.
• Comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
