Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Health & Safety Program Manager to support Environmental Health and Safety across a fast-paced Datacenter environment in the U.S.

The role includes incident management, data reporting with Power BI and Excel, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders. The position is remote with 25% travel, requires residing in the United States, and offers a salary range of $110,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with EHS programs and OSHA or similar regulations preferred.
• Professional safety certifications (CSP, ASP, CHST) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy, governance, and program management aligned with client expectations and Securitas standards.
• Manage incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions; supervise escalations.
• Develop and present EHS performance reports to stakeholders, using data to drive improvements.
• Coordinate EHS projects with training, communications, and project management teams; maintain dashboards and reports.
