Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Health & Safety Program Manager to lead EHS performance across a dynamic datacenter environment. You will design and manage safety programs, drive incident management, and coordinate with regional stakeholders to improve safety outcomes.

The role requires a strong safety background, expertise in Power BI and Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. Remote work from the US with travel as needed is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Professional safety certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST are preferred.
• Experience with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs, OSHA or similar regulatory frameworks; strong data analysis skills with Power BI and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Program Management duties aligning with client expectations and Securitas standards.
• Incident & Risk Management, including incident investigations and escalation handling.
• Client Relations & Stakeholder Communication, presenting EHS performance and recommendations.
• Operational Excellence & Data Management, coordinating EHS projects and maintaining dashboards.
