Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Health & Safety Program Manager to drive EHS performance across a regional level for a fast-paced datacenter environment. You will design and manage safety programs, own operational performance, and coordinate risk management with a strong local team.

You’ll use Power BI and Excel for reporting, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and guide incident management and continuous improvement while supporting a national remote role with 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in OH&S, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Professional safety certifications (CSP/ASP/CHST) preferred.
• Experience with OSHA or similar regulations and EHS programs.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS duties in the region, aligning with client expectations and Securitas standards.
• Provide incident management and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Develop client relationships and communicate EHS performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate EHS projects with training, communications, and PM teams.
• Maintain EHS databases and create dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
