Qualifications

• Three years of administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with data tracking, reporting, or research support processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and activities, maintain project documentation and databases.
• Support reporting efforts, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Handle administrative and financial tasks including invoices and budgets.
• Assist with onboarding, communications, and contract/grant administration.
• Provide day-to-day project operations support and logistics.
