• Fluent in English and Hindi, switching mid-sentence easily.
• Experience talking with customers on the phone to guide decisions.
• Able to listen, ask questions, and build trust without pressuring.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned leads and follow up across days until a real answer is obtained.
• Build trust and conviction on the call by reflecting and clarifying.
• Carry the journey end to end from conversation to diagnostic booking to plan.
• Log every call and objection on the same day in their words.
