Responsibilities

• Leads policy development research and advises senior management on recommendations.

• Oversees policy changes, coordinating an implementation team across functions.
• Supports projects needing policy input and stays current on related practices.
• Oversees coding review and conducts coverage determinations for codes.
• Champions policy changes and participates in cross-functional committees.
• Contributes to benefit design research, market research, and project tracking.
