Qualifikationen

• Four years of policy experience.
• Two years of experience in a medical benefits or insurance setting or related work experience to gain understanding of claims and eligibility issues, basic medical coding knowledge, and insurance product knowledge.
• Experience managing projects requiring strong interpersonal and organizational skills under stress and deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in computer-based word processing and spreadsheets.

• Leads the development and implementation of health plans policies to support adjudication, coverage, and provider reimbursement schedules.
• Oversees the policy development life cycle from initial research to senior management approval.
• Presents recommendations and analyzes impacts and implementation ease.

• Provides support and acts as a policy resource for projects needing input.
