Qualifications

• Experience managing projects with strong interpersonal and organizational skills under deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Leads policy development through analysis and management buy-in.
• Oversees policy and product implementation and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Presents analyses, recommendations, and implementation plans to senior management.
• Oversees coding review, determines coverage and benefit decisions by codes.
• Coordinates policy changes with implementation teams and functional areas.
• Keeps current on changes in policies and procedures for accurate benefit quoting and adjudication.
• Assists in other product development activities and market research.
