• Intermediate skills in computer-based word processing and spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of health plan policies from initial request through analysis and recommendation.
• Oversees policy implementation and coordinates with management and departments.
• Presents recommendations and addresses questions on analysis and impacts.
• Stays current on changes and procedures to provide accurate benefit quoting and adjudication information.
• Oversees coding review processes and implements changes as needed.
