Job summary

Drips seeks a VP of Healthplan Sales Executive to lead six- to seven-figure enterprise deals with payer organizations across Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and Pharmacy. This hunter role relies on a strong executive network and consultative selling to drive revenue growth.

You will own end-to-end sales cycles, engage C-Suite and VP-level buyers, and navigate complex, matrixed organizations to close strategic contracts in a fast-moving, high-drive environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare, preferably with health plans and digital health.
• Proven ability to close seven-figure, multi-year deals.
• Real network of C-suite and VP-level health plan executives with direct access.

Responsibilities

• Activate personal network of health plan executives to generate meetings and opportunities.
• Own full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to close for net-new payers.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales motions focused on ROI, outcomes, and long-term value.
• Maintain high-velocity pipeline within target payer accounts and deep relationships.
