Drips Holdings, LLC is seeking a top-performing VP, Healthplan Sales Executive to drive six- and seven-figure enterprise deals into the payer space. You’ll rely on a deep network of health plan executives and a disciplined enterprise sales process to engage C-Suite and senior decision-makers across Medicare, Medicaid, ACA and Pharmacy.

This is a hunter role requiring strong relationship-building, CRM discipline, and a track record of quota attainment.

Competenze

• 5–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare.
• Proven ability to close seven-figure, multi-year deals.
• Track record of quota achievement and consistency.
• Real network of health plan executives with direct access.

Mansioni

• Activate your network of health plan executives in your first 90 days.
• Own full enterprise sales cycle from first conversation to close for net-new payers.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales motions focused on ROI, outcomes, and long-term value.
• Build a healthy, high-velocity pipeline within assigned target payer accounts.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
